The LA Pump cylinders are handcrafted using advanced polymers for maximum pumping results. Each cylinder is sized for comfort and the best vacuum seal without the use of awkward rubber gaskets.
The Anal Pump Cylinder consists of a small diameter cylinder with a rod running down the center and extending outside the cylinder. You lube the rod and the end of the cylinder (use a good thick lube to provide a good seal), slide the rod into your anus until the end of the cylinder presses against your anus, and then start to pump.
The anal cylinders include a quick connect/disconnect safety valve that allows for disconnection from the expansion tube while maintaining the vacuum you have chosen.
