Mannhaus accepts the return of goods within 7 days if they are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
In the event that a product is found to be faulty, Mannhaus will replace the product or give you a full refund.

Products That Cannot Be Returned.
There are some products that we cannot accept for return.
• Products where the original packaging has been destroyed.
• Products where the safety or security seal has been broken.
• Items of a sexual nature including toys and underwear.
• Head Cleaners and Aromas.
• Special Customer Orders.
